there's something about the metality in kern co. I'm from L.A. but, have done time in the central valley. (wasco, delano, avenal). the inmates and c.o.'s that are from kern are definetly a rare breed. the best way I can describe it being ignorant but, also thinking you are all that. a dangerous combo. esp. for law enforcement.

Most of the offenders that cooperate, register and provide DNA samples as required by law are the ones trying to repent and contribute to society. Instead of being able to contribute they are thrown in the same bucket as pedophiles. Sex offender issues are used as a political tool. Now that DNA samples are required in WA, they are now trying to pass a law that requires EVERYONE ARRESTED, not even proven guilty, to provide samples. It's the doorway to strip ALL individual's rights not just SOs.

to continue with my first post: the wide date range in the indictments makes it impossible to provide an alibi. then there is the child hearsay law. georgia seems to think that they can make up the law as they go along and bypass due process on a daily basis. these false allegations are the simplest way to get rid of someone that you are angry with. children get angry with step parents, divorcing spouses in custody battles, ect. these situations nedd to be investigated very closely.

the state of georgia is putting innocent people in prison everyday on false charges of child molestation. they have the deck stacked against the accused from the beginning. they start by piling many counts of different crimes and then using this as a bargaining point. the indictment usually has a very wide date range ( 2 to 3 years ). judges will routinely deny any defense motion. detectives and child advocates will lead child " victims " in video taped interviews.

The sex Offender registry or the list, is Violence! The idea that some judge can place someone on a list and put it on the Internet is sick! I am on that list, I am not legally on it nor is it a sound process. As a father falsely accused of molesting his son, I assure you this scourge is VERY real. My son, now 22, has admitted he lied. My daughter, now 16, knows her brother lied. All is as it should have been.
