the pickups that come with your guitar, duncans i belive... do you think they are good? i'm just asking because i'm getting that exact same guitar and was wondering if i should change them when i get it

you have a sz520qm like i do? wow, great choice!the pickups that first came with this guitar were ducan-designed. not original duncan. i felt they were ok but want to improve my sound so i've replaced with PRS HFS & Vintage Bass. you know, these pickups cost a lot of money but sound pretty good.

In short, duncan-designed pickups are ok and the body's quality is really great so you can have a 'similar' high-end guitar sound if you upgrade your pickups.
