I cried tears of joy when Lex came back for Clark. I always will love Lex dearly. But when he died in the fire, that thing was my love's imposter and I wanted it dead.

@darmokandgalad Not EVERY episode, but he does lose them a lot. Kinda cheesy, if you ask me.

@darmokandgalad Plus, I think he was just weakened here, not totally depowered. When his arm was impaled by that piece of shrapnel, he didn't notice until he saw the blood, and here, he's pinned under what I'm guessing is ten tons of rubble. Any normal human would have been crushed like a bug.
