@andyjamesdunn I guess your music is better? I love how unsigned musicians will attack bands that have not been too commercially successful. This song has a good groove to it and as for the lyrics they are maybe simple but alot better than some of the crap that fins its way onto the more successful bands records.

@Eezaspanner I make no claim to being able to write good lyrics, nor do I consider myself an unsigned musician, but it doesn't take someone with a gift for writing lyrics to know that "It's not easy being real, what's in my head is how i feel" is a crap lyric.

The song does have a good groove, hence why i didn't say "this song is pretty awful", just "the lyrics on this are pretty awful".

Also if your taste is as narrow as your YouTube channel suggests, you are in no position to pass comment.

@andyjamesdunn touché, yeah I forget to "like" alot of music, but I do have a pretty eclectic taste. Its only rectify I added alot of the Oasis stuff to it, which happens to be my favourite band, to me I can listen to more of their songs and enjoy them compared to even the Beatles, I like the Beatles but they do seem to over complicate songs where they dont need to be but I guess their experiments were the basis for alot of modern tunes.

yes i am. he's in Poulton, in England, where he was born. he had a band lately in the states but it split up. the shining will probably never get back together seen as 2 of its ex-members are now playing for the verve. he has done some modelling but i doubt he will continue with his singing career, unfortunately.

I saw this band at Reading 2002 and had never heard of them. I bought their album and I really recommend it. It's excellent. Sounds pretty Oasisy but tops everything bar Definitely Maybe. They should have been massive.
