It was only after the AAU and WGGB fell apart (at least as far as bodybuilding is concerned) in the late 70's that Coe realized there was nowhere else to turn but the IFBB if he wanted to continue competing. Weider got his revenge during the 80' Olympia when he and Paul Graham fixed the result so that Arnold be awarded the Sandow instead of Mentzer, Coe, or Tinerino. Weider sucks!
@Dayga good info there brother. I first saw Boyer in the movie Standing Tall with big Lou. At first i thought he was just too proud of himself but by the end of the movie i loved him. He is a real legend and one of the good guys.
Boyers hair pieces have gotten a little better over the years.Not as obvious now. Before he looked like he had a dead animal up there. He should give some of that fake hair to Lonnie.
