  • I like cook, life health

  • It's kind of amusing viewing a majority of these video clips at this point when I am not fat any longer - my silver bullet is DietOramy body fat loss plan plan (Google has a lot more material) - that thing certainly taught me to be completely transform my body, well being as well as my entire life.

  • Such simple meals and very quick - it's lovely

  • brought to you by kc masterpeice bbq sauce

  • for second i thought the dog was meal 4

  • @steve55444 i got the same first impression

  • do you eat these meals every day

  • NO SEASONING?

  • @KMYA4ME some salt and pepper would do some justice instead of the steak sauce

  • so you're only cooking for yourself? how about the person who is filming ?

  • @imalsomemphis the one who's filming isnt as loyal as tiny i guess

  • thanks man your videos are really useful.

  • when is their time for 6 meals when u have work or school

  • @cnot56 preperation i go to school find the time its worth it :)

  • You look like Carlito Brigante from Carlitos Way lol Great tips and meals dude!

  • You look like Carlito Brigante from Carlitos Way lol g

  • BBQ sauce is man made and that brand has tons of preservatives and artificial flavors in it

  • Keep the skin on the sweet potato because it has most of the nutrients

  • he looks like al pacino from carlito's way-nice vid

  • I haven't even lived for 20 years. xD

  • Simple, fast, healthy, tasty ( with some spices). In other words, GREAT MEAL.

  • Why no seasonings for the chicken besides the BBQ sauce? Is it unhealthy?

  • Excellent

  • how far apart are these meals placed? it would help to know the time of each meal.

  • @ooquiqueoo 3-4hours apart

  • @ooquiqueoo It will depend what time you wake I think. I would say 2-4 hours apart.

  • that was a skillful flip of the pan, if I were to do that I'd have half-cooked chicken all over the place

  • lol "becarefull with ur knife, i been cooking for 20 years so i know what im doin"

what you think im gonna do? stab myself in the face

  • @09knucklez no, becareful you dont accidently cut yourself, kid. yes i can tell you are a kid by the way you spelled "becareful". and stop trolling his videos, hes only trying to help.

  • does this guy have a job?

  • eating it right now, its really good and fast to cook. throw some garlic in as well yummy, thx for sharing.

  • time beetwen meal??S

  • @MrCrushcrushcrush 2.5 to 3h space per meal is the optimum

  • @eduardoq011 thx buddy

  • @MrCrushcrushcrush No prob. Anything you need.

  • @MrCrushcrushcrush I haven't seen a reply to this question yet but the best interval I have found is 3 hours. After that postworkout shake you'll want to eat your next whole meal in about an hour though.

  • Hey Tony i had a trainer that used to tell me after a meal to wait an hour before i can drink water to basically flush what I ate out of my system. have you heard of this method? if so does it work.

  • @joeyvickery thats what the mum's doctor says also..wait for an hour after meal and drink water then..its been proved by scientifics

  • Hi, nice meals. How did you practise the pan flip? I want to learn it but its gonna be messy in the kitchen if i miss it every single time :)

  • thank you^^

  • Thank u soo much, it's so simple 2 cook and healthy. Good job bro.

  • I'm gonna try some of these meals out. I can't cook worth a damm but these seem simple. I work out but stopped making that much progress, I don't know if it my diet or what.

  • @javadca20 when you bodybuild unlukily you gotta learn how to cook..so i did and now my diet is much more healthier than before..

  • good ideas! thanks for posting.

  • @tcatanzaro You tell em' Catanzaro.

  • can u write dwn wut time u eat all these six meals plz?

  • it's nice to see that a bodybuilder's enjoying their food lol i prefer mine with flavors instead of just plain chicken breasts and brown rice for every single meal lol

  • is that was boiled chicken beast?

  • @Reignunlimited he explained on his next video how condiments can be better for adding flavor to your meal and you will still be consuming less sodium than marinating your meats with like salt/garlic/pepper/olive oil etc etc etc ...it acctually makes sense .. and besides the amount of sugar/sodium that contains in condiments per serving is not even tht much to affect your diet or stall your gains/results . i know a bunch of bodybuilders that eat ketchup with their eggwhites in the morning
