In a country plagued by war and poverty, do you honestly think that contraception is at the top of their priority list? Most of these women have never even heard of birth control, let alone can afford it. Furthermore, it isn't their fault that they are so impoverished. It is completely unethical and ignorant to think that "making them all sterile" is the solution. Everyone should have the right to have a family.

Yeah, I agree, instead of years and years, of helping feed them, why don't they make these men and women sterile. It's really sad to see they have staring children, but yet, pregnant again, and again, sterilize them all. Sorry That is the only option there is, or it will never end.
