Oh and still your allways low on gel so make a gel farm from slime statues and a dart trap.

Step 1: make a littel box whith the statues and fill it whit wate. (befor filling it up whit water put a dart trap in the wall so something kills the slimes.

Step 2: wire up the statues and the dart trap and put it on 3 sec timer.

So easy and you get gel.

It was absurd that you managed to pull that off, Lewis.

Layered defenses are something that could be interesting but not enough people do them.

As for pickaxe left clicking, I think they're interesting because they mean that even someone who's just spawned or has no gear has a base level of threat posed, which means that you can't just ignore the enemy team if you deplete their gear (as you mostly would if they were forced to use short swords or axes to fight with).

Aside from the heroing this was a great game.

There was one team that was playing with Odyssey rules that I watched and although they used left click they actually had strategy and reasoning for it. Their personal rules were when you have the low ground on the opponent they would use the pick or some other swinging weapon, and when they had the high/even ground they used bows. It worked rather well from what I saw, though since it was Odyssey rules the game went on for about 2 hours.
