I felt bad for they guy up until it turned out that he hasn't been paying his bills. It's not the cable company's problem if you can't pay your bills, and it DEFINITELY isn't the problem of whomever you speak with when you call them. This isn't a case of bad customer support (well, the 2 hour wait is ridiculous).
