Small world [iluvmasterchief] I work just across the campus from you (in Palo Alto) ... I use ESXi to host my Enemy Territory servers for testing :D This is way beyond my meagre home setup up - an 18:1 consolidation ratio is awsome, but this server is also not your average server! I have not heard of VMDq and VMware Netqueue so I will see what they are all about ...
