The rythme is all wrong on this. Like the earlier comments it's sloppy and missing subtle chords and single note play.
Have a look at the scoby1knoby version which I learnt from.

ok, all chords are correct, but this song should be played on a classic guitar(with the fingers) , or of course on a electric guitar, not on a acustic. Ok well played.

True, but there's the lead-up to the chorus (the "on and on and on and on" part). Those chords are G/A G+/A G6/A B. Also, the C F part in the verse is C and then F with C in bass (C/F). Not trying to sound like a know it all, but this tune is even better when utilizing the exact harmonies.
