  • i'm looking for the Marshall McLuhan :what'cha doin'? said by Henry Gibson and also McLuhan's appearance if you or anyone reading this has it. Thanks as usual, in advance.

  • And now with the news of the present, here's the man to whom the news wouldn't be the news without the news. Heeeeere's Dicky!

    Love it!

  • Laugh-In was definitely great. One of my former customers was the ex wife of Dick Martin.

  • if i didn't know better, i'd swear goldie was drunk.

  • The "Little Rock Country Club" Sketch is priceless!

  • Samele lmao

  • Love it love it love it! Laugh In despite some topical humor that the young might not get, was the greatest ever! I mentioned to the people at Shout Factory who release a lot of great shows that most big studios won't because of poor sales- that one thing they should do is release the entire series of Laugh In in one mega box set. . Shout Factory said they would take it into great consideration! If anyone should release it should be Shout. They do a great job on DVD's in quality and quanity

  • "Negro"?! Ooooh, I hope no one's gonna sanitize that. Laugh In should be kept in context.

  • good night sweet dick good night

  • OMG great memories!!!!! Loved this show!

  • Now you have seriously made me miss Laugh-In. Shame shame shame. Not.

  • The best thing about Laugh-in is that it's just as relevant and up to date now as it was 40 years agol. These people were fantastic, thanks for sharing the clips!

  • LMAO at Sammy's "little boy lost" skit (especially the last, with Teresa Graves), the "Here Come Da Judge" opening of "Laugh-In Looks at the News" dance and, oh, pretty much all of it! This made my morning--thanks for posting!

  • Anyone else notice that today, men aged 18-30 are dressed exactly like Sammy Davis Jr in these "little boy" skits? Too hilarious!

  • @DionysisMaenad Oh, I wish you hadn't pointed that out... lol...

  • teresa graves the black chick was sooo cute

  • If the nightly news had a lead in like this

    @ 1:07 I'm sure they'd have many more viewers!

  • Sammy Davis Jr. rapping at 1:30 is absolutely priceless.

  • Sammy Davis, Jr. is EPIC.

  • RIP Mr. Gibson

    "Verrrrry Interesting"

  • 35+ years old and still funny as hell!

  • Loved this show as a kid. This is where SNL got there ideas.

  • haha, SNL would be VERY lucky if they got their ideas from here. SNL was NEVER as funny xDDD

  • @draganryo They actually did get some of their ideas from Laugh-In. Lorne Michaels used to write for Laugh-In, and based the news sketch from SNL on the news sketch from Laugh-In.

  • "Good Night, Dick".. and Rest in Peace.

  • Rowan and Martin were not only great comedians but REAL gentlemen. I worked as a busboy at Sahati's Stateline Country Club (South Tahoe) in '52 and '53 where they appeared. They would keep their humor going between shows, regaling the busboys backstage with their humor.

  • Ummm.... This is a live audience.

  • I think they're funny NOW. Hey, to each their own ...

Are these outtakes? Or was this episode originally done live?

  • Now, just segments from the show. The show was taped

  • @mikey50077 Yes, we really did think it was funny back then, and it's funny now. There was no need for a laugh track. As if today's garbage that passes for comedy is so much funnier.

  • omg that was definatly the greatest show ever!

    5 stars

  • Dick Martin at his funniest. We'll miss him terribly.

  • goldy was adorable

    rip dick....goodnight funnyman

  • R.I.P Dick Martin
