This Senator introduced SB236 that was voted down this past year. Montana Coalition Abolition will however try again to abolish it's death penalty in Montana. 2013 is when it can go up for vote again. I would like to see more people involved and let those death row inmates be accountable and face what they done in prison without paraole with intense treatment to feel the pain they inflicted on the families.
