Heh, I remember watching this show back when I was a kid. Felix is a real character.

And I recently learned that he was voiced by the same fine gentleman that voiced Lexington, my favourite character from "Gargoyles". I always knew I liked something about Felix's voice! ;D

It could be a reference to how Bimbo, the dog in the Betty Boop films didn't keep a consistant voice, either. These "Twisted" Felix films are very faithful to the original silent Felix films.
