Some people are pre-disposed to be liars, that doesn't mean they HAVE to be liars. Some are pre-disposed to be cheaters but they don't have to be cheaters. Why should there be an expection for gays? I understand that it's not like somebody can just turn the switch off and decide "I'm not gonna feel attraction to the same sex anymore" but overcoming any sin that is enslaving you is never a matter of will-power. I do believe that there are gay people that believe they were born that way, because they feel attraction for the same sex as long as they can remember (usually during childhood). There are also gay people that felt the desire later on in life and decided to explore. My belief is that whether u remember or not about feeling attraction for the same sex, something triggered it.

No, gays do not have all the rights that heterosexuals have. Civil unions are only allowed in certain states and some do not include certain rights that marriages have. I do not have a problem with religions not acknowledging gay marriages in their respective religion, because it is unfair to force such a thing on private organizations. The Bible originally does not. If you actually translate the verses that are supposedly against homosexuality back to the original language it means something completely different. In fact, there are many mistranslations in the Bible because there are certain words we have/don't have to use for certain words in the other languages. The answer for that question is, maybe. Just like turning a straight person gay. I've actually heard of straight people trying gay sex and liking it so much to the point that they become Bisexual. I've never heard of a gay going Bi from having a sexual experience. But I think it would be possible. Maybe not to a straight point, and maybe not to a love point. Leviticus 18: 22 and Matthew 19: 4-6 label what God wants perfectly for man and woman. The design of homosexuality is that as in Leviticus it is a sin and Matthew through Jesus has stated God and his desired design for man and woman in marriage. As well Matthew 5: 16-18 puts into practice perfectly what God has desired for us all along that we uphold his law, love, and commandments.

If I'd wanted to answer your question, I'd have answered it. But, if I must humor you, no matter what I say is going to help influence your mindset. Here goes: Look at the world around you. Every plant, animal, every blade of grass, every thumb print! Every single thing on this earth is unique in its DNA, physical appearance. There is no possible way that all of us happened here by coincidence, with no rhyme, reason or know how, without something intelligent sticking us here and creating us all.
The trees are not evidence, nor is nature. This all probably got here by some kind of natural means. There could have been an intelligence but there is simply no evidence of this. Therefore, in my opinion, there is simply no reason to believe in it. Besides, doesn't your holy book command you to witness for your god? Do you have another argument for your faith?

That's because Leviticus 20:13 then goes on to say 'and both men should be put to death.' Some people are pre-disposed to be liars, that doesn't mean they HAVE to be liars. Some are pre-disposed to be cheaters but they don't have to be cheaters. Why should there be an expection for gays? I understand that it's not like somebody can just turn the switch off and decide "I'm not gonna feel attraction to the same sex anymore" but overcoming any sin that is enslaving you is never a matter of will-power. That's when Jesus comes in to make the work for you.

I do believe that there are gay people that believe they were born that way, because they feel attraction for the same sex as long as they can remember (usually during childhood). There are also gay people that felt the desire later on in life and decided to explore. My belief is that whether u remember or not about feeling attraction for the same sex, something triggered it.

Morality was an example due to a character limit, that's it. Gravity is a result of curvature in space-time, as explained by Einstein (if you do research, his theory predicts correctly Mercury's orbit, while Newton's did not). You misunderstand quantum mechanics if you ask why quantum mechanics exists.

No, gays do not have all the rights that heterosexuals have. Civil unions are only allowed in certain states and some do not include certain rights that marriages have. I do not have a problem with religions not acknowledging gay marriages in their respective religion, because it is unfair to force such a thing on private organizations. But it is unfair for heterosexual couples to get exclusive rights (tax break, hospital visiting, etc.) when a gay couple can't receive the same thing. ---->

The Bible originally does not. If you actually translate the verses that are supposedly against homosexuality back to the original language it means something completely different. In fact, there are many mistranslations in the Bible because there are certain words we have/don't have to use for certain words in the other languages. Not only that, but the Bible has had to be written and rewritten many times, because there were times the Bible was lost. It just goes to show how inaccurate it is.

satan and devil mean the same thing, you say you have read the book and i will go to hell, I WILL not go to hell because there is NO hell, you think that I will go to hell because i have no religion but you are to an atheist too, you don't believe in any other religion but christianity, what is your wrong and muslim or hinduism or mormonism is right? there are religions that predate yours by thousands of years what makes you think that your god is the only god?

@LedZepfan122 Do you think by arguing with Christians on here that you prove your point? I suggest that you, for once, take a look at your life. I pray that you will.. God wants to help you. How do I know that He is the only God? Why not read the Bible and pray... you will be able to answer that question then. God bless and have an awesome day.
