This guy is actually damn strong. Curls does this way are actually a great way to build total body power. In fact 1 rep max curls were once a contested lift in the 50s and prior.
Also, he really doesnt "cheat" that much.

@PhilLeeAka I know this is not a "perfect" curl. I was just stating that form is not everything. Form is necessary to learn for safety, but once you do, you must tweak it to get the best out of what works for you the most. This video is just a showing of strength, and strong he certainly is. I know a lot of people would not be able to support just to even try to swing it up. I'm not starting anything, just saying my opinion

I am a little sick of people praising these retards on steroids. They post these "look at me vids" and then deny that they take anything. what are they capable of without pumping all that shit into their bodies?
