this was not assault: and the filmer has actuallyy committed an offence of harrasment. The PCSO was the sole subject of this video and therefore the filmer must ask permission to film him. He did not and was told that he did not want to be filmed....the filmer continues to do so then it is harrasment.

The Security Guards acted entirely lawfully. They have the authority like any other citizen to use reasonable force to remove anyone from these premises, just like a doorman/landlord can refuse to serve and remove anyone from a public house if necessary. A statute is a legislative rule of society (number of persons=legal fictions, who have entered into a mutual contract to be part of a corporation) given the force of law to those who consent to be governed (members of that corporation). If you have consented to being part of that corporation/society then these statutes and acts apply to you. Law = fraud, breach of peace or harm/damage/loss to another human or property.

The Security Guards acted entirely lawfully. They have the authority like any other citizen to use reasonable force to remove anyone from these premises, just like a doorman/landlord can refuse to serve and remove anyone from a public house if necessary. They asked him to leave, he refused so they used reasonable force to remove him. Have a word with yourself pal.

A police man is a human being who's job is to uphold the common law of the land (ensure public are safe from harm, loss, fraud and breach of peace), they are public servants. A statute is a legislative rule of society (number of persons=legal fictions, who have entered into a mutual contract to be part of a corporation) given the force of law to those who consent to be governed (members of that corporation). If you have consented to being part of that corporation/society then these statutes and acts apply to you. Law = fraud, breach of peace or harm/damage/loss to another human or property.

he may be a twat but he's got a valid point. it's people that do nothing to question these representatives of the law that are are willing to let them do exactly as they please. They could at least answer the guy or laugh it off, why the hardline seriousness? Is it because it undermines their pseudo authority?

in all your videos comments theres many haters, even if they dont agree with your style thats what makes you unique, (which everyone is). you know the law better than these 'authority' figures and they dont like it and have to use primitive methods of control, e.g. physical assault, to control you. they give it large like they're the all powerful, so i see no reason why you cant be sharp-tongued and midly aggressive (sp?) too.
