Watching PURE CNW-style Semaphore signals drop to Red at IRM

Technically those are NYNH&H semaphore motors, Model GRS 2A, with CNW spectacles.  The direction the blades point are a dead giveaway. CNW had blades pointing to the right, the "normal" upper quadrant direction, while the New havens had blades pointing left, "backwards" for an upper quadrant.
