some of this crap was put in to a seattle sculpt garden,

with much fanfare, then the next day the museum told every one that no one could touch the sculpture?

This is a outdoor sculpture! so now they have security gaurds staring @ U when U come near it.

After they received federal monies for it.

If that is what the sculptor had in mind

then F*** him.
