i dont know what the china keep saying about slaves. i never heard about slaves in tibet and i dont think any tibetan does. Yes, there was aristocrats and monks, the traditional leaders and the common man. Yes, the common man had a hard life and worked for the aristocrats and the monasteries. So, does that give china right to invade Tibet? what excuse. then international community should invade China now and for good reason. I would have some respect if they acknowledged the wrongdoing.

Temples were destroyed all across China in 60s. But most of them are rebuilt after 80s -- in Tibet, all across the country.

Englis has been taught in most high schools in Tibet since 80s.

At least 10 million Chinese were killed for the new China -- mainly during the war between Communists and Kuomingtang, between Chinese and Japanese. The killings in Tibet was just a very small part of that.

Tibet is Tibet. The Tibetans say so. Whatever the Chinese say about Tibet is irrelevant. Chinese are invaders. They lie and live in denial like all the invaders before in history. Most of the Chinese know little about what happened in the 50's, A lot of them don't even know about Tiannamen Square. They probably come from the countryside. Their history books are twisted, covered up like most communist countries did to their own people. Yet they believe & bow to those books like their bibles.

These chinese are obviously from china because they cant speak any English. What that Tibetan is trying to say is that in 1959, the Chinese army ordered the deaths of thousands of Tbetans among them children adn Monks.

The burning and destruction of temples followed in the end forcing the Dalai Lama to flee to India.
