What about the one with the ramp on 1st street?

You head south down Webster ave until you see 1st street then turn right and drive down the road a bit and you will see a parking lot. Got to the top level, take the Southeast ramp on the top level. You go straight and see two ramps. Go slowly up the right one and hold right on the left stick. Your car will fit in the gap now keep holding right on the left stick and drive into the little hole on the right side of the ramp. Your car will go through!

hawker solo. beat burning route for hawker which is unlocked after your burnout licence and the hunter citizen police cruiser

keep doing events until u get the Hawker, then do the burning route. u get the Hawker Solo (that car).

I am incredibly mad at this game, after playing it for about 50 hours having to win 19 more races to finish everything in this game I get a glitch where the game resets itself and I have to go all the way to the very beginning . Has anyone had this same problem??? Contact me because I shelled out 29.99 for the download and I am considering filing a complaint with BBB since this is time that was taken away from an enjoyable experience to a very frustrating one.
