Basically, it's ARTECH Su-27, all the electronics removed. Fans EDF-55+ himax 5400 motors, phoenix25 controllers, Dymand micro servos and Flight power evo20 3sp 2100mAh Lipos. Basically gathered equipment from web-shops and local dealers. So, if the kit was about 199e... I had to upgrade it with 200euros to work like that. Video is filmed with 'arttech' lipo-battery, so model will perhorm much better with new Evo20 batteries. Thrust/weight ratio is 0,9/1.
Figures, flys way to nice to be stock. Nice setup- did you buy the fuse seperate? All I can seem to find is the package deals with the cheap electronics. Can you list your complete setup?
The pushers? You can hover those all day, sorry i ment EDF. was rumourd that the brushed version of the flankers available cudnt do one, dont see how that would make any diference as its about airos unless realy under powered.
Don't buy this bird yet. You'd be disapointed with it. It is not good as a trainer. It might be too difficult and it would propably brake into peaces. You would chance into another hobby...
Try hi-wing trainer instead. Say Beaver or Easy Starter.
can you fit it with smokes? on the edges of wings -- would look cool in flight with smoke trails,... love the video, considering that i fly only PC flightsims, you may check my vids , just hit my name. keep the good work
Great flying. I have the pusher Ultrafly version of this bird with a single 5400 and CC25 on it. You should check out my onboard vids. I've been toying with going EDF on my new F-16. Are you running 2s and GWS housings? (Seems 3s and all 6 blades in my GWS units may be too many Amps for the Himax...)

If you hook the camera up in the cockpit to a gimbal, then rig the moniter receiving it up with motion tracking... Hehehe...

Thanks for reply! do you have one for sale? i am a fan of Russian fighters and bombers.

@timpska The 2 Himax motors must have been the price of the kit+ but that's GOOD choice of motor. I think even better than Hacker. GREAT choice.
