Omg -_- nothing special happens when you're 18...the best time is before 18 because when you do something bad, the parents are always to blame. You're not liable for anything you do :D being 18 is only good for buying alcohol, but if you can pass looking 18 when you're not, it doesn't really matter, does it?? :D and "penis" is a medical term, there's nothing wrong by saying it. It just sounds funny :D
