OUCH the price is a bit high even for all the custom work and carbon fiber bits you will have bragging rights for being the most expensive bike on the block and you will need the security guard to stop people stealing it. But it is out of reach for most bikers but there are plenty others around for cheaper thrills.

Desmosedici is less money, more bike, race derived, and more interesting to talk about. MV Agusta's look good, and ride well, but the price point here doesn't make sense.

The price of this bike isn't so much about performance as much as it is art. Sure there are plenty of bikes for a much cheaper price that are just as good if not better, but when it comes to the time spent designing and building and all the effort put into this bike, it is justifiable. kind of haha. the price tag is just stupid .... for 24.000 u get a Ducati 1098 or ...for 11.000 u get a Suzuki GSX R 1000... which is perfect in all way... good performans good handling nice sound and for the other 100.000 u can get a Porsche or Audi R8 to use when it rains but thats just me :P

this bike fails because, despite its price, their are many mainstream superbikes like the current big bang R1, let alone the Desmo RR that will run rings around it

The Desmo and the F4CC are 2 very different concepts, in the flesh the Desmo looks like a piece of shit compared to the F4CC which actualy cost £49,995 and with the speed pack added to the CC the desmo would be found wanting I think, thats in a straight line though, on the track it would be up to the riders ability to be able to take either of these anywhere near their limit.

@aaronbobaron Um, actually the "man" you are talking about (Tamburini) only designed the aesthetics of the bike. The chassis, engine, etc was built as a joint project by Cagiva (CRC) and the Ferrari formula 1 team at the time. Even though Cagiva (who owns\owned MV) owned Ducati as well at one point, the two manufactorers share nothing as far as engine design.
