@corban48 no no absolutly not haha. i'm talkin about the bushings man. softer bushings will be less stable than harder bushings.

though in many cases softer wheels with a larger contact patch are more ideal for dh due to their enhanced grip/ traction andt. but wheel choice for dh mostly depends on the road and how you're riding and whether or not your railing corners or drifting corners. wheel size and duro also determin the speed of the wheel as well.

@pridefighter101 You can make a board do whatever you need it to, but these boards were designed w/ downhill in mind. Extremely stiff, zero flex and feather light.. they are tuned for high speed agility.

If you wanted a cruiser board I would go w/ a regular (non dee-lite) hellcat or nemisis.

@LesPaul4542 you shouldn't get rail bite but if you use 75mm wheels and up you won't have to worry, but I guess just using paris 195s and the paris baseplates should be fine, I had my friends D-seed set up for freeride with very soft bushings and still bombed big hills.
