hello look above the magenta cartridge - it is the door cover sensor, our magent cartridge has a hook on it and when inserted it tricks the printer into thinking the lid is closed

where did you get the cartridge?

I have an DCP 195 / LC980 can u tell me what is the name of the cartridge because I can see those are higher capacity
