  • I'm glad to see other people commenting about the rings. Do these people not undestand the basics of contamination. Those rings are chock full of nasty germs and pathogens...not to mention e-coli from fecal matter, etc. Truly nasty !! Absolutely NO RINGS should be worn when working with food..particularly if this is a commercial set up...unless you want your 150 wedding guests getting a gift they didn't expect..or want (aka cake contaminated with e-coli). If rings don't come off, wear gloves !!

  • @Canuckmom1958 I have bad news for you! e-coli is present on EVERYTHING in a home regardless of what you are wearing; check out Mythbusters, they did a great segment on it (although a bit scary!)

  • It really grates on me, the way some of the american cooks i've seen say "fondant". If I was to ask for it like that in England, I'd get looks like I was a mental patient.

  • @Noradne i knw! Those r btw, superstitious kinda rings...men wear it alot in some Asian countries, so maybe thats y he never removes it, my dad used to wear it too, n some uncles wear it too...but i have seen them removin it too when need b but maybe some men prefer not to...

We have researched and found a lot of information, and we are making a barrel cake complete with Easter bunny, grass and other decorations for Easter in Australia. We both would like to thank you so very much for your most informative and easily understood instructions on how to do various tasks. Have you written a book on cake decorating, and if so, what is the name of the bokok please?

  • @seddiefan4ever lol, isn't skilled enough? He's one of the only seven certified Master Sugar Artists in the United States.. He's with Zane because they've been friends and partners in the cake decorating industry for a long time, even before you were born :P

  • In the UK as well as the east coast of America, it is pronounced fon-dahnt. Any pronunciation is correct, so please, just watch the video and kindly refrain from sounding like ignorant retards.
