Because that's not the original Misuzu. This is a MUGEN creation, and the author who created this version (I think this version might be Misuzu_K) decided that since there were so many parallels between Misuzu and her predecessor, Kanna, and since Misuzu breaks the curse while dying at the end of Air (thus freeing Kanna from her curse), the author decided to fuse Kanna's powers into Misuzu, POSSIBLY to symbolize Misuzu's completion, so to speak, as an angel in heaven.
