I never got into Matrix online and I am kind of glad I didn't lol. I remember my bf were telling me matrix code is a backwards katakana (japenese) and was pretty mad about that lol
Damn shame too. Granted, I was never impressed by the graphics or the matrix bullet-time gimmick, but I've read up on the Wiki, and the story was actually quite interesting, even moreso because of the live events team. Were it not cancelled, I'd actually probably give it a shot.

Oh and as for your earlier questions, Smith is present only during the yearly anniversary events where npc versions infect players who can then subsequently infect other players. And yes, Agents pretty much have free roam to hunt down those breaking the rules of the system.
If you want to, sure, but most higher level pistol moves require you to use two. I still use a single one for outside of interlock, just so much more stylish ^_^

Not exactly. While you can certainly use a single handgun, the black desert eagle the Agents use (in the game its called a System 1500 Magnum) is very very hard to obtain. You have to work with the machines and do somethinv special/important in a machine live event, and its not guaranteed.
You can easily get a low leveled silver version though.

Oh and for all you none loser out there who really don't know about EQ2 look at my video called Kindred. Yep thats the graphics on a 6600gts Card lol and still not turned all the way up. Have moved up senses then to 8600Gts. The game developers turned down the Graphics on there side as well to make it playable. The game is here to stay yall.
I don't know to much about the game. But when it came out it had got very bad reviews because of the targeting system. Thats one of the reason why I never played it. The Video is a very god example of interiour gameplay and also story line based on factions. Very good editing, and also great music. Ad on my view, the machines are very popular out-numbering all other organisations in Player-V-Player.

Not really from the server side, that said, you do need a fairly decent PC to run it nicely. I'd suggest at least 1gb of RAM and 2 if you can afford it.
This game would be great if the combat wasn't interlock, it makes it so u can only fight one thing at once, and its hard to run if you're about to die, and it needs more people
interlock is just one form of combat. There is also what we all free fire which is more like the combat in WoW or any apther mmo, BUT since you have the option of interlocking ot free fireing it gives the combat more diversity. There are plently of trees that are bad for interlock like snipers ans kife throwers. Then there are duelists and Martial artist that are good for interlock. MxO has by far the best combat system of ANY MMO. Also has beautiful graphics compared to any MMO.
I REALLY want to buy this game but I have no idea if my computer can support it or not. My computer can support C&C Renegade (search on YouTube), Diablo II, and StarCraft. But this game looks more open ended. Do ya'll think this game works on a Dell PC?

Yes, this game has it's bugs and it's far from perfect...but no game is perfect.
If you like the Matrix storyline and hand-to-hand fighting i would recommend this.
I think it's at least worth a shot, i mean, theres a lot of bad rep regarding the game out there on the interwebs but most is either vastly out of date or exageratted anyway. I say have the conviction to make up your own mind.
I've seen the combat and you made it look better than it actually was. The combat really sucks in the game cause the animations are too flashy and long. City of Heroes is a better urban based MMO.

WOW great video guys!!! That looked like alot of fun. Is this a PvP server, or if its a PvE server is there alot of this guild type PvP. Im thinking of trying MxO but I cant play a game thats just PvE, I need the challenge of PvP.
There are currently 3 servers you can choose: Recursion (PvE), Syntax (PvE) or Vector-Hostile (PvP). However both recursion and syntax have the option of pvp (type in /pvp or attack some1 in pvp) while on Vector everyone after lvl 16 are always flagged for pvp
It's $15 a month, i dont know about current gamecard pricing. As for the camera, could you elaborate? if you mean the sometimes hard to follow combat camera then there are more free moving camera modes available.
Its one big free roaming city, so yes you can wander across over players, especially at more popular areas. You might not be able to run up the sides of buildings but you can certainly jump em ;-)
QUESTION: when playing the game solo, do u see other players? like a WoW kidna thing where everyones walkin around? or is like u go into cities to see other ppl and u go into zones" where u free roam? and in free roam can u run up buildsing etc liek in piderman 2? :P
Quite a few people play the game, it obviously isn't a WoW but the community is tight knit and that really makes it a lot friendlier and personal ya know? At least thats how i view it.
As for the botched launch, yup, it was ugly, but after over 2 years its most certainly improved a good deal. =)
Well, being an MMO it's completely open ended. It's 'goals' are pretty much yours to decide. But the main goal i suppose would be progressing through your character's levels, growing more and more powerful, getting better and better equipment and eventually reach 'end game'. But another one of the biggest goals in MxO is to become involved with the continuing storyline, theres a lot of fun to be had there =)

It wasn't advertised at all, so there were fewer and fewer players over time. They never really added new content to keep the players in.

MxO is a good MMO with a good community, this game really didn't get the credit it deserved and was mostly overlooked.
PvP in MxO is second to none IMHO, the missions needed some work...they get boring pretty quick if your going solo.
If you like PvP and skill building i recommend MxO.

Jesus Christ this is an awesome video. This should go to some sort of advertisement company because now me and my other friends want this game. You should get paid to do this stuff. You and your team are gifted. Voices need work though... But GREAT!!!

There are 3 servers two are PvE with PvP only when you flag Vector is hostile and at lvl 16 you can be attacked by anyone at anytime

WOW great video guys!!! That looked like alot of fun. Is this a PvP server, or if its a PvE server is there alot of this guild type PvP. Im thinking of trying MxO but I cant play a game thats just PvE, I need the challenge of PvP.

There are currently 3 servers you can choose: Recursion (PvE), Syntax (PvE) or Vector-Hostile (PvP). However both recursion and syntax have the option of pvp (type in /pvp or attack some1 in pvp) while on Vector everyone after lvl 16 are always flagged for pvp

im still just a lowbie but from what ive seen there is a substantial amount of pvp that goes on in mxo. im on the vector-hostile(pvp) server btw.

Neo isn't in the game as an actual person you can download it from D2D or buy it from Amazon either way you still have to pay $15 USD monthly

It's $15 a month, i dont know about current gamecard pricing. As for the camera, could you elaborate? if you mean the sometimes hard to follow combat camera then there are more free moving camera modes available.

Its one big free roaming city, so yes you can wander across over players, especially at more popular areas. You might not be able to run up the sides of buildings but you can certainly jump em ;-)

QUESTION: when playing the game solo, do u see other players? like a WoW kidna thing where everyones walkin around? or is like u go into cities to see other ppl and u go into zones" where u free roam? and in free roam can u run up buildsing etc liek in piderman 2? :P

Quite a few people play the game, it obviously isn't a WoW but the community is tight knit and that really makes it a lot friendlier and personal ya know? At least thats how i view it.
As for the botched launch, yup, it was ugly, but after over 2 years its most certainly improved a good deal. =)

Well, being an MMO it's completely open ended. It's 'goals' are pretty much yours to decide. But the main goal i suppose would be progressing through your character's levels, growing more and more powerful, getting better and better equipment and eventually reach 'end game'. But another one of the biggest goals in MxO is to become involved with the continuing storyline, theres a lot of fun to be had there =)
