I'm their biggest fan and has been their fan since they first came out. however, not all music are bad today. i'd recommend you Colbie Caillat, Sara Bareilles and also Alicia Keys. The true music artists of today who writes their own songs, and KNOW how to sing. Avril Lavigne and Kelly Clarkson are not bad too. See, these are all female singers who don't really show their legs in order to get noticed :D

thats because VICtoria hasnt sung in ages. yes, she doesnt have much of a voice, but when it was perfected it sounded really nice. watch older vids of her and when she sang with the spice girls, especially never before released songs from when they were called "Touch".
