  • This video has been a HUGE help, I had been doing diverse training (rucking, running and hiking in the desert/city/cross-country) and had to stop because of IT band problems. Its been almost two months, and this video is the first time I've seen such an excellent dynamic display of the joint, stretching, and strengthening. Thanks.
