I use a socket on the bolt that used to secure the handle and a plug in drill, which works great for crushing barley for brewing. Not sure why there is a comment about bread making, that is not what this mill is set up for, it is for brewing
Looks great! Can you either show or tell me how to create or obtain the actual grinding device so I can create the same thing here in New Zealand. I make a loaf of whole grain bread every two days, buying bulk flour. But I'd much rather grind my own wheat. How fine is your flour? Is it as fine as shop wholemeal, or finer?
