@aviospeed123 uh bro I jumped like 17 ft in my first 5 weeks of pving...not really and I know for a fact your first 5 weeks of jumping you didn't jump 11feet that complete bs so shut you malicious mouth.
@PhilipDaq depends on the time of year and the workout. early on in fall i like 10 of everything to rebuild ur fundies, and then as u progress u can widdle training sessions down to 5 reps each. eventually remove the #2 drill and add 4th and 5th drills like swing up 1/2 turn, full turn and 4 left pure drive drills. but fundamentals are not something u stop doing at any point in the year entirely.
