Conquest was a very good show that would have been an AWESOME show, had it been given a budget more than what seems to be the equivalent of 20 bucks in Hollywood money. They were forced to use alot of MK1 and Annihilation stock footage and the only special effects you really saw were maybe 3 fireballs, Scorpion's "spear" and Shang Tsung's soul drain. OVERALL and underrated program that got the short end of the stick.

She wasn't a Tarkatan-blooded clone of Kitana, she was a hideous hag with razor teeth who was given Kitana's appearance for an undercover mission. At this point the spell is wearing off and her true teeth and voice are returning while Kitana's face and body remain.

No they don't. This is low budget production so the stunt doubles don't risk hard contact that could potentially injure or break bones because there's little hazard pay. Most of the contact is substituted by impact noises in post-production. They're mostly there to perform fancy flips and kicks. Only Daniel Bernhardt (Siro), a professional martial artist, did his own stunts.

Well let's put it this way. It's a hell of a lot better than Annihilation lol.

But all kidding aside, this show was really good. The fighting is excellent, the acting is not the best but not terrible. It's a much better TV show than Defenders of the Realm. Finally, it has the most epic Scorpion vs Sub-Zero fight scene. So if you have the chance, definitely get the box set.
