been to places you cant spell...1st time I have been called a miner. I deal with Metso everyday. It is not about deserving the quality service is paying for it. My kind spends in crushers and parts more than you make. They have a lot of defective parts and don't take care of issues. I know,do you? or you are a low paying grunt kissing up to keep you job. Maybe I will hire you.
I've spend more time in mine than you think and is very easy to blame that to assume the resposability. When a good PM is nule...... vendor always is wrong.

Every customer deserves quality service. Lack of professionalism on the part of another NEVER o.k. lack of professionalism on a the part of customer service organization or anyone else for that matter.
their aftermarket sales suck. very hard to deal with and the quality of parts are getting worse
