It's not that she can use it only once in a round. This atack uses Burst gauge, that's why you couldn't repeat it.

So in my Case it is once a round. Maybe even once a match as I don't get that Burst Guage full often after 1 use.
I think I was able to do it more than once a match in the normal AC.

I don't think it matters whether it's AC or AC+. It just has to be EX I-no. AC+ only added story mode, Justice, Kliff, and maybe a few other features, but they did not affect the characters or their abilities direcly.

She doesn't have it available in AC.
Hm... doesn't really make sense, as I believe she had it since slash in EX mode.
Maybe my memory is failing me.
If she did then it wasn't listed as a command.
