Try doing 15 then 14 then 13 then 12 all the way down to 1
so let's say 25 im pushing limits.. and should I do like 15 down to 1 then xD?

@oblivionlova23 You have to do them until it hurts. Then, do them until you can't do anymore. Once you allow yourself to recover you'll come out stronger. Try doing 15 then 14 then 13 then 12 all the way down to 1
