You can outrun Culex's bringing in of the crystals at 100 speed, but I don't see how anyone other than Mario should have been able to move at the beginning with their equipment. And you can time Rock Candy to make it do 300 instead of 200.

@Reverse4Life actually you only need to beat 40 speed to outrun Culex, and with Work Pants and Troopa Pin anyone can do it. And damaging items get the 50% boost from Attack Up just like attacks and spells do, which is why I get 300 instead of 200 with rock candy. Timing it correctly will give you a freebie.

I believe this. Mario rpg is a vary kiddy game. It's not broken but u can max out early in the game and get some of the best items simply by exploiting the system . Now gusting to him at only level 9 it's a challenge.

what the hell?lazyshell isnt a hack.its something really hard to get.you need fertilizer and a seed and you go to the gardener in rose town and clinb the plant and there it is!

He equipped the Super Suit and the Attack Scarf to Mario, which makes Mario's Speed 80. Culex has 50 speed so with these equipped Mario will attack first.

i used Psychopath, which reveals how much HP the enemy has left. It makes the healing sound which is why you would have thought that.

this is a hack. Not only does he somehow go before culex talks, but his rock candies also do more damage, which leads me to believe that he has hacked into his defense/offense, etc. LAME

Culex has ~60 speed. Super Suit and Attack Scarf add 30 speed, making mario's speed 80... therefore he goes first. try battling him with them equipped and see what happens.

An attack up raises the power of EVERYTHING by 50%, which includes Rock Candies. Troopa Pin causes the character to get an attack boost upon entering combat.

go to the moevillage(the place where u get the 3rd star) there is a little moe trade her fire crackers and she will give you a shiny stone, then go to monstero town and break the seal of the lock door with the shiny stone. sorry for my bad spelling about towns, dont remember them well.

I used Power Blast several times throughout the match. Power Blast adds 50% to the damage of everything offensive, including Rock Candy. If you notice when i use it after Culex uses Shredder it goes back to 200.

Troopa Pin also innately gives a 50% power boost, which is why even without Power Blast Geno was able to get the 300 damage.

Cute video. It's obvious that you cheated to beat him. Even at level 30 with the best equipment, crystalline does not protect the characters nearly as much as it did you. Red essence also only protects one character, so it doesn't really make any sense how you seemed so well protected. But hey, cheating and posting a video like you are a good player is pretty impressive!

It's legit, I have done the same.

Look at the super suit, safety ring, and attack scarf.

About 90% of the crystals moves are magic, which the safety ring and super suit negate naturally, no Red Essence required.
