yo i got a 1983 ford, once it starts it sounds okay, but you got a choke issue, i hit the gas one time and she starts rite up, try a carb rebuild i did and get 20 mpg with a inline 6, oh and 553,123 miles, proof sits beside my house drive every day
@tazzbuel yeah the choke was out of adjustment. ended up fixing that a couple months after this vid. and theres no way i'm ever getting 20mpg out of this thing, it has the granny low 4spd in it, top speed is like 65 lol

My '85 takes three pumps down to about 40F, and about 5 pumps down to 0F(And that's the coldest I've ever started it). Starts up super easily that way, like about two turns of the crankshaft.

@86F250 my choke is a little messed up and it tends to be a bit fuel starved after sitting all night so the extra pumps help
