The N95-4 is capable of taking much higher frame-rate video than this. Look at my profile, the gamestop video was taken with my N95-4.

if i watch the video in high quality its very jerky like 10 frames per second.

in standard quality its fine but bad quality ^^

click on tv icon by the views number quality settings click on high shows same quality as it was intended
