When I was a kid, I always harboured the fantasy of visiting the USSR, but as I grew up, unexpectedly for me, it collapsed in 1991. Seeing these videos, at least, I can go through those wonderful days and feel like with a time machine, I am visiting the USSR of 80's.

Of course he lived better than average worker, but not as much as our present day leaders who have 16-20 houses everywhere in the country while average worker has to be debt for the whole life for a single, cheap apartment. What you wrote is true for North-Korea.

The younger Russians do not agree with me, but I am right. I remember very well those times...It is true that every country has its own style of brinwashing, but the Russian style was worse. Children were educated "Maladaia Gvardia" style. It's a fact! Stalin was an idol; you could not chalenge anything. You forgot all that.

Lenin followed the correct path of communism however his sucessor Stalin destroyed the original system which ultimately lead to the collaspe of the system in 1991 thanks to the reformer Gorbachev but now many russian missed the soviet days i mean those living in poverty.
