Because the javelin can only make a narrow hole in tank armor. That's enough to kill the crew and occasionally set off ammunition, but the makers of the video packed this tank with explosives in order to fool people. It never looks like this in real life.

The T-72 is the main battle tank of many countries and still formidable when modernized. The fake part of the video is 1) the sound and 2) the way the entire hull of the tank is blown to pieces. Even in every shell in the ammunition store detonated (which often happens in T-72s), only the turret would blow off. The javelin missile itself can barely blow apart a car like that. It is designed to penetrate, not obliterate.

It will take 7 second from sound to reach the camera mic. Light reach the camera sensor in 0.000008 second. Pretty big difference, I would say.

Maybe fps cannot explain this "interesting" phenomena.

Conceptually its an unstoppable weapon, even when used against an Abrams. No MBT is going to have enough top armor to beat a decent tandem shaped charge.
