Not sure about over there but over here. If the employee likes you and is willing to train you. They will. That sometimes happens. Or you can get your ticket from an acredited orginisation which costs a fair bit of money. Cheers

All comes down to the skill of the operator, I've seen guys be given a Deere 1050 and operate that machine in 3rd gear all damn day and barely move much dirt, I've been given a tiny 650 and keep up with 3 Volvo A35s being loaded 1000feet from where I was dumpin them. All comes down to skill. Good post, I do envy the guys operating the big iron, for now I'll be stuck with my Deere 750 :(
