You have a massive velcro band around your waste and chest and two handles to hold on to. I did this a few days ago and the hole is hard enough to get in and out of anyway. All seems a bit suss.
perhaps they just fell out themselves, and made it look as if it was airkix fault, so they can get money out of it, been there myself and there is no way you can fall out of that thing without forcing yourself too, could understand if one woman fell out, but they both did :S hmm.... makes you think
I'm glad they're both ok, but I don't understand how this happened. I've been airsphering twice at Milton Keynes, and I'm amazed it's even possible to get out of the sphere while it's moving. It's hard enough to get out even when it's stopped.
I did this and it was AWFUL, they have handle straps on the side which they ask you to hold onto and tell you to jam your legs against the side but they don't give you enough time to get into a safe comfortable position and then you get wildly thrown about, smacking into the other person and for the next few days you feel like you have been in a car accident. I complained and they said i was one of the first to complain!!!

by the way @maxtraine they had to sign a statement of risk before entering the tunnel so technically.......it wasnt airkix's fault!

gotta love how once they had fallen out they cut the airflow and the sphere drops on them as they are trying to exit the wind tunnel nice touch.
