Yes. It's quite legal. And if there is too much debris on the side of the road, bikers have the right to take the whole lane. No highways though lol.

yeah- I always carry a 40 cal when I'm riding. I also have a video camera on my bike recording at all times. Drivers here in phoenix are just plain stupid fucks.

I drive though Cambridge UK every day, it's a university city so the bikes are just about equinumerous with the cars. Dispite their being far 2 many traffic lights i've never seen a cyclist do this. I think some people take this too serious, it's just a funny advert.

but it technically IS illegal to touch a person's car without the owner's consent , because it is their private property and they can argue that just because you touched it, you damaged it in some way..
basically, dont touch whats yours, or you might find yourself getting yelled at by a douche, not all drivers are douches though.
