Our trains (germany) are pretty clean, too.

But it is just the trains, never expect a bus being clean. You sometimes think the people take a shovel with them and leave the dirt there...

As for the place for the bags... You don't have that in your country? :O funny...

yeah, it's japan so most likely everything's in kanji. i can't read it, but it really helps to speak japanese
