That sex offender app is creepy/vigilante. if the offender did the time & is truly rehabilitated, then they shouldn't be on the "pervert" list. BUT if instead they are still capable of re-offending, we shouldn't be letting them out of prison! Otherwise we end up with the situation we're in, where we release the offender because they're allegedly rehabilitated, yet we hound them for the rest of their lives: but from what I've read, most child molesters are family/friends, not strangers.
