That's why they put side quests like the Secret Garden in there to help you out with the healing items, and if you use the Secret Garden right, you can start to buy healing items lol

I love this series...I just dont like the super long and dificult puzzles in the games. Do you realize how much more of the story you could be though in the time it takes to figure one puzzle out? And I also dislike the fact that You cant buy anything to heal, so once your out of Heal Berries, you're screwed over forthe rest of the game. But still a great series, and I personally like 2 and 3 the best....even if Ive only played the first 3...lol

Yeah, but....sheesh, when it gets to the point where it takes forever to solve it and you forget what was going on in the story, its really annoying. I'm all for a good puzzle EVERY SO OFTEN, but not every five seconds once you get far into the game, especially like those.

i dunno alot of those puzzles felt really easy to me i thought it was close but some of the puzzles did feel long

makes me wonder though why zelda is number 1 because it has tons of long and confusing puzzles (moreso than wild arms 3)

The puzzles don't bother me as much as the repetitive battles. I just finished the Yggdrasil tower and it took me like three hours, mostly because I had to fight about 300 cockatrices and asshole birds who kept trying to steal my shit. On top of that, there were five boss battles. Cee-rist!!!

if someone can answer me two questions...

1) how come the first wild arms managed to save the world with a group of three. and the sequels have more then that? are they that weak?

2) why are there new characters? why didn't they just continue the story as Rudy Jack and Cecilia...?

1) Many possible reasons, none really having anything to do with the strength of party members. The sequels added more characters because: a) battle engine can accommodate more, b) people like having more characters to choose from in battle, c) plot demanded a wider cast, or d) they just felt like it.

2) Same reason Final Fantasy uses new characters: keeps things fresh. And as far as Media Vision's concerned... well; Rudy, Jack and Cecilia's story is over.

thanks for answering me. But i've another question, i believe in part 4, i'm not sure, Cecilia appears again in a town, and a boy talks to her. I was wondering, if she just happens to be there, or does she play a small part in the story, and does she ever mention what happened to the others?

also, filgaia became much more futuristic in the sequels no? kinda weird to me cuz in part 1 it was more western then anything, and then now the newer versions seem more in our time almost.

I've played WA4 and don't remember Cecilia appearing there, however she and other WA characters make cameo appearances in WA5, Cecilia included. It's purely fan service, and you can't say that she's the same Cecilia either other than her appearance.

As for Filgaia, it's best to assume that in each game it's a different world with the same name (or an alternate dimension Filgaia, if that works for you).

@LtRizaHawkeye They're different Filgaia's, for the most part. Wild Arms 3 is a prequel to Wild Arms 1, I believe...but 2 and 4 are totally unrelated. Love your user name, btw, my wife and I just finished watching FMA all the way through, beautiful anime.
