I'd say leave the very next time something happens, unless you're extremely fascinated by ghosts, in which case do some research on the place (And know that buildings are meant to be up for a very long time, so pretty much every other house has had something bad happen in it, so don't freak immediately). And if you're convinced it's real, attain some sort of proof (grab the camera the next time you hear the noises/anything else), then leave.
