Sorry to burst your bubble, but... the other possibility is that because they were doing all Canada songs in the medley portion, they couldn't do "Hey Jude" or "Welcome to the Machine", which they usually end with.
I remember looking up the requests after the concert and I would have to agree that it was yours that resulted in this. Kudos, resulted in the best live Soft Rocked to date!
Hahahahha. This guy is one of the most gratifying musicians to go see perform. He's smart and entertaining... some bands are good, but they don;t have that kind of contact with people.
i wish i'd have known about this I would have gone. Dang.
